Alter Bridge 2 weeks before their new album will be released the band has reveal "Poison In Your Veins" a song which will be included on their new album "The Last Hero".After Alter Bridge last album "The Fortress" the band have completed a new album which will be realesed October 7.As the band stated :

This song showcases the inner dialogue in one’s head; serving as a reminder to live life courageously, take chances, and ultimately believe in yourself. It’s not a new theme for us, but definitely one that can never be overstated,” explains Kennedy, while Tremonti adds, “We wanted to make it as musically interesting as possible, while preserving a hook.”
