So Green Day Continue Releasing New Songs
Its really unusual for a band to reveal not 1 not 2 but 3 songs before the album but usual is not a word that would describe Green Day.So they hit again with a new song called "Still Breathing".But this particular song is more emotional and radio friendly than the other two.It gives you the chills and its really beautiful though.Really love it its a mixture of classic Green Day and Modern Green Day with emotions. Also Billie spoke to Rolling Stone about it and said:
“Sometimes I run away from being too heavy. But sometimes it just comes out that way. The chorus, ‘I’m still breathing on my own’ alludes to the fact that ‘at some point, we’re all going to have to be on life support.’ As time goes on, your thoughts get darker.”
